When the Credit Union opened its doors to Tobago in 1988, there was a profound desire for a deeper representation of the interest of Tobago members at the level of the Board. The idea was for a special committee which would liaise continuously with the Office Supervisor in Tobago to treat meaningfully and expeditiously with the concerns of its Tobago members. To this end the Tobago Advisory Committee was established in 1988.
This Committee has had a positive impact on the operations of PSCU Tobago and has executed a range of programmes that have had a beneficial impact on the Credit Union. The Committee implemented membership orientation programmes, motivational seminars for Secondary schools, sporting events, workshops, retreats, Common Entrance award schemes, and health fairs for members.
New initiatives of this special committee include dance classes, book binding classes, pvc fittings and financial planning seminars.

Dear Members
"We at the PSCU strive to meet and surpass the expectations of our members, taking responsibility for both their economic and social interests with competitive interest rates and products as well as a number of lifestyle enhancing programs. We continue to upgrade our premises, having launched our Southern Headquarters in 2010 and we are in the process of revamping our expanded facility in Chaguanas and within the next year or so, will be launching our brand new Arima Headquarters. We continue to look for expanded facilities in Tobago, to be able to provide a higher level of service and efficiency to our membership in the sister isle. We continue to improve our products and services to ensure that you our members always have what you need. We also continue to improve our technology and this web site will continue to evolve as we do. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our hard working staff for their continued diligence and commitment to the PSCU and for playing their part in ensuring that we remain one of the top rated Credit Unions in Trinidad and Tobago. To our valued members, remember, we are here to serve you, so come in to your branch today and let us know what more we can do to enhance your experience and to ensure that we continue to celebrate excellence."
