Tobago Advisory committee

When the Credit Union opened its doors to Tobago in 1988, there was a profound desire for a deeper representation of the interest of Tobago members at the level of the Board.  The idea was for a special committee which would liaise continuously with the Office Supervisor in Tobago to treat meaningfully and expeditiously with the concerns of its Tobago members.  To this end the Tobago Advisory Committee was established in 1988.

This Committee has had a positive impact on the operations of PSCU Tobago and has executed a range of programmes that have had a beneficial impact on the Credit Union.  The Committee implemented membership orientation programmes, motivational seminars for Secondary schools, sporting events, workshops, retreats, Common Entrance award schemes, and health fairs for members.

New initiatives of this special committee include dance classes, book binding classes, pvc fittings and financial planning seminars.
