      The Supervisory Committee are the internal auditors of the Society and as such, shall have the following powers and duties:-

Make an examination of the affairs of the Credit Union, including an audit of its books at the least semi-annually and if necessary convene a Special General Meeting and submit its report at each meeting.
Make an annual report of its audit and submit the same to the annual general meeting of the members

By unanimous vote of all its members, if it deems such action to be necessary to the proper conduct of the Society suspend any Board or Committee member and convene a Special General Meeting to act on such suspension. The member present at that meeting may, by a majority vote, sustain such suspension and remove such Board or Committee members.

Attest the monthly statement prepared by the Treasurer or Manager of the Society.
