Public Service Credit Union. Emergency. Revolving. Loan (P.E.R.L) is an emergency loan facility provided to our members who may have an immediate emergency and cannot access an ordinary loan for one reason or another.

The P.E.R.L can be disbursed from a minimum value of $500 to a maximum value of $5,000 and is pegged to a limit of not more than twice your shares.

Features of the P.E.R.L Loan
	No appointments are necessary for P.E.R.L and it cannot be refinanced.
	An interest rate of 10% with a minimum duration of ten (10) months to a maximum duration of twelve (12) months;
	An additional installment;
Requirements to Access P.E.R.L
	A current payslip
	A processing fee of $25.00
	Must be a member for 3 years
	Loans amount must fall within the 2:1 lending policy
