	Certified copy of ownership (m/v)
	Deed title (Property)
	Valuation Report (both m/v and property)
	Insurance Quotation (m/v)
	10% to 25% down payment (vehicle/property)
	Loan fees of $1,200.00 for loans less than $100,000.00 or $1,500.00 for loans above $100,000.00
