The Credit Committee comprises of five (5) persons who will be elected by the Annual General Meeting and will serve for a period of year (1).
The Credit Committee shall meet at least weekly or more frequently as may be needed to discharge its responsibilities.
Responsibilities of the Credit Committee

Ensuring that the credit framework and loan policy guidelines are adhered. |

Monitoring the performance of loans granted at various levels so that developments which can have negative impact on the performance of the overall loans portfolio can address on a timely basis. |

Taking decisions or making recommendations on loans which cannot be addressed at the level of the General Manager, Branch Supervisor or Loans Supervisor. |
