Connect One is a customized Voice Interactive System that allows members to access information on their accounts. It is secured by a password, which is set by the member. Members can access the following:

How does PSCU's Voice Activated System Work?

	Using a touch tone phone, to connect dial 623 - 5096, 623 - 8785, 627 - 5538 or 627 - 8857
	When prompted punch in your six (6) digit account number followed by the pound sign. If your number less than six (6) digits add the appropriate number of zeros at the beginning of your account number e.g. 001234.
	You will then be asked to key in your password. If you are a first time user your password would be your birth date. Enter the last two numbers of the year, followed by the two numbers for the month, followed by two numbers for the day. Enter a zero at the beginning of the number if day or month is a single number eg. 81/01/02 yy/mm/dd
	We strongly recommend that you change this password when prompted for your security. Please try to select a number that will be easy for you to remember.
	Once you have successfully accessed Connect One, you will be asked to choose which service you require e.g. for All Account Balances press 1, for Share Account Balance press 2, for Loan Balances press 3.
